You can chose the update timing through the management interface. Minimum time is 60 seconds.
IF A PROBLEM OCCURS, HOW SOON DOES IT TAKE TO GET HELP ? (WITHIN THE DAY, A COUPLE OF DAY OR WITHIN A MONTH)
Depending on your maintenance contract, we respond within 4 to 48 hours.
